In this energetic role, you will be the face of our mobile culinary experience, responsible for preparing tasty food, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth operations on the go. Duties using propane lighting pilots and safety Prepare and cook a variety of menu items efficiently while maintaining quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Serve customers with a friendly attitude, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Manage food safety protocols, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures at all times Maintain cleanliness of the truck, including bussing tables, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change Assist in setting up and breaking down the truck at each location, ensuring compliance with health regulations Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service & fast food restaurants Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Previous restaurant or café experience is preferred; retail math skills are a plus Basic kitchen experience and understanding of food industry operations are beneficial Join us if you're passionate about delivering delicious food with a smile!
