This dual-purpose role is essential to our daily operations, ensuring that our customers receive their purchases in perfect condition and with exceptional service. You will be the face of our company during the final stage of the customer journey, moving between our warehouse and client homes to provide seamless white-glove delivery and professional furniture assembly. Key Responsibilities The daily routine for this position involves a mix of physical labor, technical assembly, and professional communication. You will be responsible for safely loading the delivery vehicle, ensuring all items are properly secured to prevent damage during transit, and navigating efficient routes throughout the Early area. Once on-site, you will carefully transport furniture into customer homes, navigating tight spaces and stairs with precision and care. Beyond simple delivery, you will perform the expert assembly of various furniture piecesranging from bedroom sets to office furnitureensuring every item is structurally sound and aesthetically perfect. Throughout the process, you will maintain a clean workspace, remove all packaging materials, and provide a polite, professional interaction that reflects the high standards of the Dart Furniture brand. Qualifications Candidates for this role must possess a valid drivers license with a clean driving record and the physical stamina required to lift and maneuver heavy furniture consistently throughout the day. We are looking for individuals who are proficient with basic hand and power tools and have a natural mechanical aptitude for following assembly instructions and diagrams. Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance are vital, as you will be representing the company inside our customers' homes.
