Job Description

Loloi Rugs is seeking an experienced Box Truck Delivery Driver to safely transport and install merchandise on time. The ideal candidate provides exceptional customer service, completes all daily tasks, and complies with company security and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with operational departments for updates and instructions.
  • Deliver rugs and supplies between warehouses and designated locations.
  • Receive and process returned merchandise from customer pick-ups and other facilities.
  • Help identify and resolve lost inventory items.
  • Report all incidents promptly to the Area Supervisor.
  • Comply with CTPAT standards, specifically regarding building access, cargo security, and reporting suspicious activity.
  • Adhere to GRS standards by minimizing environmental impact during deliveries, properly handling recycled goods, and following established procedures.
  • Stay up to date on new inventory arrivals.
  • Assist with special projects and assignments as directed by management. Qualifications
  • Ability to read and interpret safety protocols, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
  • Effective verbal communication skills to interact clearly and work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Competency with U.S. measurements of weight, distance, and currency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making in standard situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to bend, squat, stretch, stand, or walk for extended periods.
  • Commitment to adhering to CTPAT security protocols and GRS environmental standards.

Work Location:
In person Work Environment This position is performed in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and is subject to seasonal temperature changes. Employees may be exposed to dust and natural rug fibers, including wool, cotton, viscose, and jute. Powered industrial equipment operates throughout the facility. Applicants should understand that this is an active and physically demanding warehouse position. Loloi Rugs participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility in the United States.
