Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in appliance installation and delivery service, demonstrating mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot various appliances. This role involves working directly with customers to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities Diagnose and service a variety of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens. Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Utilize mechanical knowledge to conduct thorough inspections and repairs on appliances. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and addressing any concerns. Delivery and Install Appliances. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job. Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques. Requirements Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is preferred. Understanding of electrical systems and HVAC principles is beneficial. Previous experience in field service roles is a plus. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals effectively. Excellent mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly skills. Customer service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Experience as a delivery driver is advantageous for transporting equipment. Must possess valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
