We are looking for motivated and results driven Delivery Drivers/Technicians to join our growing team. Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Field Delivery Technician to join our team. This role combines commercial driving, equipment operation, and hands-on technical support. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both in the field and in a warehouse environment. This position involves delivering product to ready-mix plants, operating pumping systems, testing equipment, and supporting general warehouse operations. Responsibilities Safely operate 26 ft box trucks and dually trucks Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely Deliver product to ready-mix plants in a timely manner Pump product over at customer locations Test and ensure proper functionality of company systems Operate a forklift as needed Assist with general warehouse duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated work areas Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures Complete required paperwork and delivery documentation Requirements Valid driver's license (CDL not required unless specified) Current DOT Medical Card (Med Card) required Experience driving a 26 ft box truck Forklift experience (certification preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clean driving record Mechanical aptitude or experience testing equipment/systems preferred Familiarity with pumping systems or industrial equipment Experience delivering to construction sites or ready-mix plants
