The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate delivery vehicles effectively. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Load and unload goods from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items. Navigate designated routes efficiently, delivering products to customers in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally. Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation as required. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety and reliability. Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks when necessary for loading and unloading tasks. Assist with moving items within the warehouse or delivery site as needed. Requirements Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Experience in commercial driving, particularly with box trucks or similar vehicles. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving of goods (up to 50 pounds). Familiarity with route driving and logistics management is advantageous. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; manual transmission experience is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
