Ready Rabbit Delivery is hiring full-time Delivery Drivers at our McKinney station. Earn $21.25 per hour with weekly performance and safety bonus potential on top. We are an Amazon Delivery Service Provider — we provide the van, the fuel, and the route, plus paid training from day one. Consistent full-time hours and you're home every night. You will drive our company vans and deliver packages to homes and businesses throughout the Dallas Metroplex. Starting from the Amazon station in McKinney, TX (DDX2) you will load packages and follow a pre-planned delivery route. Together, we will deliver thousands of smiles every day! Details Drivers make $21.25 per hour. Every driver has bonus potential based on team performance up to $3.50 per hour and a $10 daily bonus if full time permanent driver becomes step van trained and delivers a step van route. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half over 40 hours per week. Drivers can anticipate 35 to 40 hours a week. This position is a 10 hour shift and requires a 4 day schedule per week. Ready Rabbit delivers 7 days a week which means drivers rotate weekend shifts. Must be able to work weekends as needed. Drivers can choose a rolling 4 day shifts (4 days on and 4 days off), or a fixed schedule that includes either a Saturday, Sunday, or both. Shifts start at 10:45 a.m. but need to be flexible if this changes. Benefits

Eligibility begins 30 days after hiring. Paid every two weeks (biweekly)
A Typical Ready Rabbit Day:
We gather together with your team-mates for a huddle and route assignment Hop into your assigned delivery van and prepare for your day
- check your vehicle and grab your water bottle! Safely enter our delivery station and load packages
- we do this as a team (no Rabbits left behind!) Get on the road
- follow the GPS delivery route on a provided Rabbit device and safely drive, park and deliver packages Manage your day
- don't forget to take breaks and stop for lunch! Stay in contact
- our dispatch team is always available to assist you throughout your day Help your teammates
- Rabbits work together to make sure all our packages are delivered
- it's the Ready Rabbit way! After the last package
- once all team's packages are delivered, we return to the delivery station to wrap up and prepare our vans for the next day's deliveries
Rabbit Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age Have a valid U.S. driver's license that has not expired Have reliable transportation to get to and from work. We supply vans for deliveries! Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently throughout the day (in all types of weather)
- you will have 200 or more stops every shift.
Must be a safe driver as this is evaluated on by in-vehicle cameras. Interested?
