Job Description

Our industry leading company is currently looking for a team player to fill the position of Delivery Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age Must have a valid driver's license Must have a clean driving record Pre-employment drug test and background check Positive and professional attitude Clear speaking and attentive listening skills Time management skills Must be able to follow intructions Maintain customer satisfaction Maintain a professional demeanor, conduct and appearance Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. of merchandise Properly maintain company vehicle(s) and take the necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issues Ensure that company vehicle(s) are kept clean and presentable Must be able to move engine blocks, core barrels, and other heavy equipment using moving aids designed to move such items, including hand trucks barrel dollies, hydraulic lifts, etc. Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes Follow routes and time schedule Motivated to train and learn Team player and must get along with others Desire to go above and beyond the job description Performs all other tasks as assigned by management
