Job Description
Delivery drivers are responsible for transporting goods from distribution centers to store locations in a safe, courteous, and timely manner. They follow a specified schedule and identify the most efficient routes to avoid delays. They also conduct regular vehicle check-ups and maintenance to keep company vehicles in good working condition.
Follow routes and time schedule.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure the orders are complete and correct.
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
Responsibilities:
