Full Job Description Job Description:
The Fulfillment and Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring all client orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role requires strong attention to detail and an ability to learn new inventory and shipping software.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage warehouse inventory levels and organize raw materials and finished goods. Proactively learn customer's order requirements and provide the best support. Receive shipments from vendors and suppliers and inspect for quality and completeness. Operate inventory management systems to track stock levels, receive goods, pull orders, and generate reports. Pack and prepare client orders for domestic and international shipping according to specifications. Ship orders via preferred carriers and track shipments. Process returns, damage claims, and other order issues. Transport goods between the warehouse, suppliers, and customers as needed. Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage facilities. Assist with special projects like inventory counts, cycle counts, and facilities maintenance as assigned. Proactively deliver inventory information when inventory in the warehouse runs low and make sure items are always approved and accurate count is available in the inventory/portal for customers.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred 5+ years' experience in fulfillment, shipping, receiving or related roles. Proficiency in inventory management and FedEx shipping software, or ability to learn quickly Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times Follows standard procedures and can give and take direction. Strong attention to detail with proven track record of accuracy Ability to effectively problem solve issues and meet deadlines Valid driver's license and clean driving record Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs Nice to have: Experience with UPS, FedEx, Amazon fulfillment or similar services Experience with print and promotional industry
