Position Overview:

Embark on a fulfilling journey as a FedEx Ground Contracted Delivery Driver. At Tredco Logistics, we value the role of our drivers in ensuring packages reach their destinations promptly. Responsibilities:

• Early Morning Start:

  Begin your day at 7:30 am, operating a delivery vehicle responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations and our company's guidelines.

• Mixed Deliveries:

  Engage in both business and residential pickups and deliveries, showcasing your versatility in serving diverse customer needs.

• Package Management:

  Load and unload packages with care, ensuring their secure placement for transit. You'll be responsible for loading your own vehicle, ensuring proper package organization.

• Efficient Documentation:

  Utilize handheld devices for scanning, tracking, and maintaining accurate delivery records.

• Route Execution:

  Execute delivery routes efficiently, meeting daily targets and optimizing delivery sequences.

• Customer Interaction:

  Interact with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and providing assistance when needed.

• Safety Focus :

  Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment.

• Package Handling:

  Handle packages weighing up to 150 pounds, either unassisted or with support.

Vehicle Maintenance:

Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained for optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement:

  Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Reliability:

  Demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability, ensuring timely and dependable deliveries and consistently showing up to work on time.

• Background Check:

  Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.

• Drug Screen and Physical:

  Must pass a drug screening and physical examination.

• Transportation:

  Must have reliable transportation to the terminal.

• Physical Capability:

  Comfortably handle packages up to 150 pounds, independently or with assistance.

• Punctuality:

  Exhibit punctuality and reliability to meet and exceed delivery targets.

• DOT Medcard:

  Ability to acquire a DOT Medcard to comply with medical requirements for commercial driving.

Valid Credentials:

Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Perks of the
