Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages in a timely and efficient manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and driving in various weather conditions. Precision P&D services Southeast Idaho and Bear Lake area . Our Station is located in Logan Utah. Driver pay begins at $150 per day. Pay increase with each route learned.Duties:
- Ensure time sensitive deliveries/pickups are completed on time.
- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles.
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
- Perform daily Pre /Post trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure good working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Complete required training as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Clean background.
- Pass drug screen.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and physical work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, co-workers and managers.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.
