Job Description

Full-Time FedEx Delivery Driver - Sandy & Draper Area Come join an amazing team that truly cares about your success! Bilbro Express has been a trusted FedEx contractor for over 20 years. Our delivery area covers Sandy, Draper, and Cottonwood Heights — some of the best, most efficient routes in the state. The dense delivery area means more stops, less driving, and more earning potential for you. We're hiring Full-Time FedEx Ground Drivers. Each route starts and ends at the FedEx Terminal in Magna, UT.

Training Schedule:

Tuesday - Friday for two weeks.

Work Schedule:

Flexible options available — must be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of your regular set schedule.

Pay:

Competitive pay with a guaranteed daily minimum starting at 160.00 per day. Why Join Us? Competitive total compensation Guaranteed daily minimum pay Paid training Paid time off (earn up to 5 days after 4 months for full-time employees) Company-provided uniforms Opportunities for growth and advancement Supportive, team-oriented environment with experienced management What You'll Do Safely deliver and pick up packages to homes and businesses on a designated route Provide excellent customer service and represent FedEx with professionalism Follow planned routes and adjusted daily package loads for efficiency Uphold safety, integrity, and reliability at all times Requirements At least 21 years of age Valid driver's license Clean driving record (no felonies, violent misdemeanors, DUIs, or reckless driving) Ability to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening (includes marijuana) Able to read, speak, and write English Reliable transportation Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs. Organized, honest, customer-focused, safety-minded, and a strong team player

$160.00 - $180.00 per day
