Full Job Description Description:
Join our team as a Part-Time Fleet Driver and help keep our rental fleet moving where it's needed most. This role is ideal for dependable drivers who enjoy being on the road and take pride in safely transporting vehicles while supporting daily rental operations. What You'll Do Drive rental vehicles between branch locations, airports, and other designated destinations. Perform quick vehicle walk-arounds before and after each trip, noting any damage or maintenance concerns. Prepare vehicles for the next customer by confirming they are clean, fueled, and rental-ready when assigned. Accurately document completed deliveries, vehicle locations, and other transportation records. Stay in communication with dispatch or management regarding schedules, routing, and changing transportation needs. Follow all company policies, traffic regulations, and safe driving practices. Promptly notify management of accidents, traffic citations, mechanical concerns, or unexpected delays. Preferred Qualifications Valid Utah driver's license with a safe driving history. Minimum age of 21 years. Comfortable driving a wide range of vehicles, including cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, and passenger vans. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments throughout the day. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Familiar with using a smartphone for navigation, communication, and receiving work assignments. Physically able to walk, stand, and get in and out of vehicles repeatedly during a shift. Schedule Part-time position averaging up to 28 hours per week. Eight-hour shifts. Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with no more than two at-fault accidents or moving violations within the past three years. Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening. Reliable attendance and consistent punctuality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to work independently while following assigned routes and schedules. Must work weekends.
