Job Description:

Mobile Ice Cream is seeking a reliable and friendly Direct Store Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering pastries to our established convenience store accounts while maintaining positive relationships with customers. You will also assist with taking orders, collecting payments, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with their products.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pastries to convenience store accounts in the Greater Richmond, VA area Take and process orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Collect payments from customers and maintain accurate records Maintain display cleanliness and visual presentation Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with store owners and staff Manage delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries Handle any issues or concerns raised by customers professionally

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving history Ability to communicate effectively with customers (Spanish and English preferred) Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Previous delivery experience is a plus
