Our team operates step vans and box trucks in dense, suburban routes across Tuckahoe, Lorraine, Manakin, and Short Pump. Operating out of the FedEx terminal at 10999 Air Park Road, Ashland, VA 23005 , we are looking for motivated, dependable team players. Join a supportive team that values integrity, respect, and driver success. Core Responsibilities Arrive on time at the Ashland FedEx terminal to load packages and prepare your delivery vehicle. Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections. Safely operate and maneuver step vans/box trucks along assigned routes using GPS navigation systems. Accurately scan, log, and deliver packages of varying sizes and weights efficiently. Provide courteous customer service while maintaining brand standards. Driver Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age . Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must live within 45 minutes of the Ashland terminal (10999 Air Park Road). Must be able to pass a background check, DOT physical exam, and drug test. Must be physically capable of handling packages up to 150 lbs (equipment provided) and working in various weather conditions.
