Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Appliance Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and valued customers! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely transporting products from warehouses to our store and also deliver directly to clients. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and customer-focused attitude will ensure timely deliveries, foster positive relationships, and contribute to our reputation for excellent service. Knowledge of appliances if preferred but not required. Duties Safely operate various types of vehicles, including mostly 16-foot box trucks, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices. Plan and follow efficient delivery routes, ensuring timely arrivals at multiple destinations throughout your shift. Load and unload merchandise with proper heavy lifting techniques, ensuring product safety and integrity during transportation into customers' homes. Have knowledge of or be willing to learn how to hook up and install kitchen and laundry appliances. Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records in compliance with organizational standards.
