What You'll Do Operate a company-provided vehicle to deliver packages to homes and businesses Load and unload packages efficiently Follow the most efficient delivery routes while following all traffic laws and safety standards Accurately track deliveries and maintain necessary documentation Provide friendly and professional customer service Communicate any delays or issues with dispatch in real-time Keep the vehicle clean and in good working order Report any accidents or maintenance needs promptly What We're Looking For Must be 21 years or older Valid driver's license (no CDL required) Able to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (paid for by FedEx) Good driving record (no major violations) Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety rules Able to lift packages up to 50 lbs and move up to 150 lbs using a dolly Great time management, communication skills, and a customer-first mindset Comfortable working independently and handling a fast-paced route Compensation & Benefits $150/day base pay Weekly pay Paid training Paid time off (after one year of service) Performance-based opportunities for advancement Schedule Monday through Saturday operation Start time: 8:30 AM Shifts range from 5 to 10 hours , depending on route volume and speed Join a supportive team, work independently, and help deliver smiles in your community!
