Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Delivery, Warehouse and Facilities Employee to become a vital part of our logistics and operations network! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse functions, delivering goods efficiently, and maintaining facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in warehouse management, delivery driving, and material handling while contributing to a fast-paced environment that values safety, teamwork, and customer satisfaction. Whether you're moving inventory, operating equipment, or ensuring timely deliveries, your efforts will directly impact our service excellence. Responsibilities Safely load and unload shipments using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Operate a 14ft. box truck in compliance with DOT regulations and traffic laws Deliver goods to customers using personal or company-provided vehicles, adhering to route schedules and traffic regulations Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, stock organization, and maintaining a clean workspace Use mobile devices for route navigation, delivery documentation, and communication with team members in a safe manner Load and secure cargo properly to prevent damage during transit; perform heavy lifting following safe lifting practices Support facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure a safe and organized work environment Experience Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is preferred Proven delivery driver experience with a valid driver's license; experience with courier or driver roles is advantageous Knowledge of manual handling techniques and heavy lifting safety standards Ability to adhere strictly to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and safety protocols during driving and loading activities Demonstrated ability to perform physical tasks including moving materials, manual handling, and load & unload activities in a safe manner This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in logistics while ensuring excellent service delivery.
