  • 1:30pm) Category Manufacturing Apply Description Delivery Driver Purpose We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our high-performing Shipping Department.
This role is ideal for individuals with strong driving experience who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll transport high-end cabinetry, ensure safe and timely deliveries, and work with a supportive crew to make sure every order reaches customers in top condition. You take pride in delivering orders on time and in excellent condition, following routes efficiently, and supporting smooth operations. What You'll Do Operate a 26-foot box truck to deliver cabinets and parts to customers throughout Western Washington, with occasional overnight trips. Operate a delivery van safely and follow all traffic laws and company safety standards to minimize risk. Interact with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner. Safely load and unload cabinets and parts, maneuvering bulky items into tight spaces as needed. Works as part of a two-person team, ensuring you are never alone on the job. You will be partnered with a Delivery Driver Helper who will assist with daily tasks, including moving cabinetry and navigating delivery spots. Share ideas to improve delivery processes and prevent damage or accidents. Must be available to work full-time, Monday to Friday. The workday starts at 5:00 AM, with end times varying depending on the delivery schedule. Qualifications What You Bring Minimum of 1 year of large item delivery driving experience highly preferred. Comfortable with operating and navigating a delivery van, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less. Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 10 hours. Ability to consistently lift 65-75 lbs and occasionally lift 100-125 lbs with the assistance of your helper. A strong focus on safety, reliability, excellent customer service, and a team-first attitude. Applicants must be 21+ years or older, with a valid drivers license. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. What You'll Need Clean driving record and background check. Must have a valid Washington State driver's license. This position is part of a drug-free workplace program and is subject to DOT-compliant random drug testing, covering all substances prohibited by DOT, including marijuana.
