We do this by learning the most efficient route, double checking orders to ensure everything is accounted for, and hustling on our feet (while always being safe and law abiding while on the street). Drivers take home cash everyday. While not on the road, Drivers work as In shoppers and are compensated accordingly. Delivery is a customer service job, so following customer's request and doing it with a smile can lead to more successful days.

Pay:

Inshop $9

• $14/hr Drivers $10
• 14/hr base wage , plus tips and DMR, up to $20+/hr
• there is no reduced rate for on the road pay! Person in Charge (PIC) or Assistant Managers $15
• 17.50/hr PIC/Assistant with 6 months of employment and 3 months JJ Manager experience
• $16.50/hr Assistant w / one year at JSB and 6 months JJ manager experience
• $17.50/hr Corporate Certified Assistant w/ one year at JSB and 6 months JJ manager experience
• $17.50/hr (approved by Director of Operations) Corporate Certified Assistant w/ 6 months at JSB and 1 year GM experience at Jimmy Johns
• $18/hr
