Pan-O-Gold Baking Co. (Country Hearth Breads) a wholesale bakery, is looking for an aggressive, self-starter for a Route Sales Representative driver position in Fond du Lac WI. Chosen employees will be responsible for early morning delivery of our bakery products on a timely basis to grocery stores, restaurants, schools, etc. Work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Holiday weeks might change this. Start times are between 2:30 am and 5 am depending route. Continual support is offered to ensure your success by providing paid training, 50% of uniform cost, and handheld computers. Duties would include loading, delivering, selling, ordering, and working the bakery products to grocery stores, restaurants, and institutions in a company owned truck in Fond du Lac, and surrounding areas. Partner with accounts to implement marketing promotions for mutual benefit. Order product and service assigned accounts with optimal distribution. Contribute and participate as part of a sales team. Analyze account sales data to achieve optimal distribution of product to achieve sales goals and minimize stale and related expenses. Sell displays to drive incremental sales. Conduct daily route settlement procedures to account for all products, invoices, and cash. Must be computer literate, have the ability to frequently lift / carry products weighing approximately 40lbs. Possess a valid drivers license, and a safe driving record. Ability to provide a high level of customer service and solve issues as they arise.
Must be available:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Days off are Sunday, and Wednesday. •Holidays may adjust workdays. Must be at least 19 years of age. Health/Dental Insurance is Blue Cross Blue Shield/Delta Dental Training pay is $925per week
