Delivery Driver (Part-Time)About Ernessi Farms:
As a leading Wisconsin-based hydroponic farm, Ernessi Farms is dedicated to providing fresh, high-quality produce for grocery stores and restaurants throughout the Midwest. Our innovative approach to agriculture allows us to grow herbs, mushrooms, and a variety of other products indoors year-round, thus, ensuring our customers receive the freshest products possible without using any herbicides, pesticides, or GMO seeds.Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient individual to join our growing team as a Delivery Driver . Drivers are responsible for ensuring our products are delivered promptly and professionally, and act as the face of the company for our valued customers. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have an excellent driving record and be eager to learn and grow within our organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to grocery stores and other customers on a predetermined route.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Ensure orders are accurate and complete before leaving the facility on your route.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively at all times.
- Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
- Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Perform other related or assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Previous delivery driving experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry order boxes and load them onto a box truck using a dolly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Availability to work all day on Tuesday and Fridays.
