As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for visitors, shoppers, and employees. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Day Time Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and shoppers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed. Monitor access points and observe visitor and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Document incidents, observations, patrols, and daily activities through clear and accurate reports.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
