Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dependable Furniture Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team! Your primary mission is to ensure timely, safe, and courteous deliveries while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles such as box trucks to deliver furniture to residential and commercial locations. Load and unload furniture items using equipment like an dolly and straps ensuring items are secured properly during transit. Navigate route driving efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with furniture placement, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon delivery. Conduct a look through your lane in the morning to make sure everything is in good shape and everything is in your lane for that specific route. Must be able to lift up to 200lbs and have basic knowledge of putting basic furniture together. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with furniture or heavy goods. Valid driver's license and DOT card with a clean driving record is preferred; experience driving box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is essential. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks safely;Ability to navigate 26 foot box truck Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor. Knowledge of route planning and navigation tools to optimize delivery efficiency. Physical stamina for manual lifting, loading, unloading, and moving furniture throughout the day.
