Job Description

American Welding & Gas is seeking a dynamic Delivery Driver at our Cody, WY branch. American Welding and Gas (AWG), a leading provider of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, is seeking a Propane Delivery Driver with a CDL-B license to join their team.
Duties:
Read, understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's). Comply with all
DOT+OSHA
Regulations. Moves, loads, and unloads empty/full cylinders safely and efficiently. Ensures appropriate preparation and/or completion and accuracy of paperwork including but not limited to shipping papers and delivery tickets. Maintains cleanliness of vehicle. Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical requirements:
Lifting, bending, twisting, climbing, crouching, kneeling. Driving a vehicle. Repetitive movement. Operating motorized equipment. Sitting; standing; walking. Working indoor/outdoor as business needs. Working at increased noise levels. Safety hazards.
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent. Class B CDL Required with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement or the ability to obtain both endorsements. Clean driving record. Able to read and write English. Able to move compressed gas and liquid cylinders; Lift 50-75 pounds frequently and maneuver 100+ pound cylinders (rolling, using a cart, etc.). Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, Back Assessment and company administered road test. Ability to communicate with customers Drug Free work environment.
