Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various destinations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help us maintain high standards of efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial vehicles, including box trucks and automobiles, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safe lifting practices. Plan efficient delivery routes using organizational skills to optimize time and fuel consumption. Deliver products directly to retail stores, clients, or designated locations while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.. Engage with customers professionally, building strong relationships through clear communication and excellent customer service. Handle heavy lifting with proper techniques to ensure safety during loading and unloading processes.. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in commercial truck driving or automobile transportation preferred. Basic math skills for accurate inventory management. Proven experience in driving Route driving or similar delivery roles, especially within retail or logistics environments. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team coordination. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices consistently. Knowledge of DOT regulations, commercial driving standards, and vehicle maintenance basics. Customer relationship building skills that foster trust and repeat business. Prior retail store experience or military background is a plus, demonstrating discipline and organizational prowess.
