Second Captain/Night driver Game Changer Sportfishing San Diego, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $300 a day 20 hours ago Qualifications Maritime safety procedures Radio communication systems Driving Marine navigation Emergency response procedures Full Job Description 6 pack sportfishing charter boat is looking for a licensed captain to night drive for our sold out season. Charters range from 1.5 to 3.5 days. Driving hours are from 9pm to 5am.
Duties:
- Safely operate and navigate the vessel in accordance with maritime regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of the vessel to ensure proper functionality
- Communicate with other vessels via radio or other communication systems
- Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, following established protocols
Requirements:
- 100 ton Captain's license
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a crew on a sportfishing boat
