License Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic team as a Charter Captain, where your leadership and expertise will steer exciting recreational and transportation adventures on the water. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely operating vessels, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring every trip is memorable and smooth. Your nautical knowledge and driving experience will be key to delivering top-notch experiences for our clients while maintaining the highest safety standards. If you thrive in a lively environment and love guiding others, this is your chance to make waves! Duties Safely operate boats, for chartered trips, tours, or special events Conduct pre-trip inspections of vessels to ensure mechanical soundness and safety compliance Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey Maintain communication with team members and clients as needed during trips Manage navigation, adhere to safety protocols, and ensure compliance with all maritime regulations Qualifications Ability to work at least one weekend day Strong nautical knowledge and comfortability operating a vessel Valid
USCG OUPV
License Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members Reliability and professionalism Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude Fishing skills / knowledge (a plus but not required) Embark on an exciting journey with us where your skills make a difference!
