Boat Tour Captain

Bradenton Beach Marina is looking for experienced and certified Boat Tour Captains to join our team. As a Boat Tour Captain, you will be responsible for navigating and operating vessels for various tours and excursions, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting dolphin tours, sandbar tours, Egmont Key tours and other excursions Navigating and operating vessels 30' or bigger safely and effectively Ensuring the safety of passengers and crew at all times Proving excellent customer service and an enjoyable experience for guests Maintaining vessels and reporting any issues or needed repairs Following all maritime laws and regulations

Qualifications:

Must possess a Master Captain's License - higher than six-pack Proven experience in operating vessels at 30' or bigger Strong knowledgeable of local waterways and tour routes Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
