• vessel washing, teak care, corrosion removal, engine-room detailing, polishing & waxing, dock-line handling Tier 2: Captain I
• all Tier 1 duties plus boat handling & navigation on midsize yachts, maintenance oversight & safety checks Tier 3: Captain II
• all Tier 1 & 2 duties plus mechanical troubleshooting (electrical, HVAC, diagnostics), gelcoat/fiberglass repair What We're Looking For Tier 1: basic boating experience;

USCG MMD

a plus Tier 2: proven captain experience on midsize vessels Tier 3: USCG OUPV or Master license; strong mechanical aptitude
