Immediate Position Summary Primus Yachting is seeking an experienced Chief Stewardess to lead all interior operations aboard a 140' luxury motor yacht. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the vessel's interior to the highest standards. This role oversees the interior team, manages provisioning and inventory, coordinates guest activities and events, and ensures seamless day-to-day interior operations. Key Responsibilities Manage all interior operations, including housekeeping, laundry, service, and guest accommodations. Lead, train, mentor, and schedule interior crew members. Maintain luxury hospitality standards and ensure exceptional guest service. Coordinate guest itineraries, dining experiences, reservations, and special events. Oversee provisioning, inventory management, and interior department budgeting. Conduct routine inspections of guest and crew areas to ensure immaculate presentation. Coordinate interior maintenance requirements with the Captain and Engineering team. Ensure proper vessel preparation for owner trips, guest visits, and sea passages. Maintain compliance with yacht safety procedures and emergency protocols. Assist guests during emergency and muster situations as required. Requirements Previous Chief Stewardess experience aboard 130'+ motor yachts. Proven leadership and crew management experience. Strong luxury hospitality and guest service background. Experience managing provisioning, inventories, and interior budgets. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train, mentor, and develop junior crew members. Strong attention to detail and commitment to five-star standards. STCW required. ENG1 required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation private owner environment. Preferred Silver Service experience. Event planning and guest entertainment experience. Caribbean and Bahamas cruising experience. Familiarity with inventory and provisioning software.
