Position Supervised:

Technical Superintendents Required Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience 5+ years of experience in marine engineering, fleet technical operations, or vessel management Languages English Traits Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop, motivate, and hold team members accountable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with computers and fleet management tools. Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple vessels and projects. Ability to travel as necessary, sometimes on short notice, including for shipyard projects and drydock oversight. Organized, decisive, and results-oriented. Preferred Qualifications Skills/Software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience with Nautical Systems - Enterprise (NSE). Education Maritime academy graduate or degree in marine engineering, naval architecture, or related maritime discipline. USCG Senior engineering license.
