License Full Job Description Are you a licensed USCG Captain with a passion for people and a love of the water? Cruisin' Tikis is looking for an exceptional Captain to join our crew in Cleveland. About the Role As our Captain, you'll be at the helm of one of the most unique and beloved experiences on the water. Each cruise is a floating tiki bar — guests celebrating birthdays, bachelorettes, anniversaries, and everything in between. Your job is to keep everyone safe, guide a memorable experience, and leave every passenger talking about their Cruisin' Tikis adventure. What You'll Do Operate our motorized floating tiki boat safely and professionally Deliver an exceptional guest experience every cruise Perform pre-tour and post-tour vessel checks Lead safety briefings and enforce safety protocols Solicit five-star reviews from happy passengers Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Requirements
