REQUIRED:

Minimum 2 years' experience as Chief Steward/Steward Cook or similar role on offshore vessels or platforms. Knowledge of food safety standards and catering operations (HACCP, allergen control, temperature logging). TWIC and valid USCG Merchant Marine Credential Valid passport.

ESSENTIAL

Oversees galley operations, plans menus, oversees preparation of balanced meals to POB up to 110, accommodating dietary needs and cultural preferences. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of galley, pantry, mess rooms, and accommodation spaces to company standards. Implement and comply with food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP) and sanitat
