Parasail Captain - Seasonal (Outer Banks, NC) Nor'Banks Sailing & Watersports | Duck, NC We're looking for a professional parasail captain to join an established operation in Duck on the Outer Banks for the 2026 season and beyond. This is a well-known location with strong visibility, steady demand, and a newly repowered Ocean Pro 31 parasail vessel ready to go. The role is ideal for an experienced operator who wants to step into a clean, organized operation and focus on running trips safely and efficiently. For the right person, there is potential for a longer-term arrangement or transition into a more independent/operator role. Responsibilities Operate parasail vessel safely and professionally Manage daily parasail operations and crew coordination Ensure compliance with USCG, ASTM and and company safety standards Maintain equipment and keep the operation running smoothly Deliver a high-quality guest experience Requirements USCG Master Captain's License At least two years parasail captain experience Strong situational awareness and decision-making Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Mechanical ability for basic maintenance Compensation Competitive hourly plus commissions (based on experience) Tips significant in peak season Housing may be available for the right candidate Season Mid-May through mid/late September This is a good opportunity for a captain who wants to run a solid operation at a reputable location without having to build it from scratch.

Pay:

$5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
