Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Captain with a 100 ton License to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and management of our vessel. This is a leadership role that requires strong maritime knowledge, rigging expertise, and the ability to effectively manage a team. Vessel:

90foot, 149 Skipper Liner dinner boat

Duties:

• Rig and operate the vessel in a safe and efficient manner
• Manage and supervise crew members during the tours
• Ensure compliance with all maritime regulations and safety protocols
• Plan and execute navigation routes based on weather conditions and client requirements
• Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and port authorities
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

Experience:

• Previous experience as a Captain or in a similar leadership role
• Strong mechanical knowledge of marine systems and equipment
• Proficient in navigation techniques, including chart reading and GPS operation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Familiarity with militarized vessels is a plus
