Job Description
Seeking an Independent Contractor to complete various maintenance jobs. Part-Time $20-$25 per hour. Seeking a dependable, experienced part-time Independent Contractor to assist with the upkeep and maintenance of our Northstar & Sunrise Communities in Pierre, SD. This position is will average approximately 20 hours per week, with hours expected to decrease during the winter months.
Requirements:
- Work on a contract basis, as an independent contractor with liability insurance
- Must have tools and equipment necessary to perform the work.
- Valid drivers license & insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work Independently and complete tasks in a timely and professional manner
