About the Role As a Ready-Mix Driver, you'll be the face of our company, ensuring safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to a variety of projects and customers. You'll operate modern equipment in both industrial and residential settings, often working independently while knowing our team has your back. Main Responsibilities Safely operate ready mix trucks to deliver concrete to job sites and company locations Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections by DOT standards Load and unload equipment and materials as needed Maintain accurate mileage logs and delivery records Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and traffic laws Perform minor truck maintenance and keep your vehicle clean and orderly Support your team and supervisors with additional duties as required Deliver quality service and represent our company with professionalism and courtesy What We're Looking For Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3+ years' experience driving trucks of similar size and equipment preferred Valid CDL A or B license required; must maintain an active, clear record.
