Yes, you read that right for the second time this year, our drivers are getting a pay raise. We re implementing a $0.04 per mile raise for our Crete and Shaffer OTR (21-day) national fleets, with starting pay on those fleets now $0.70 $0.73 per mile, with the top 50% of those drivers now averaging over $107,000 annually.
