Refuse Collector

MUST HAVE OPEN BED PICKUP TRUCK OR HAULING TRAILER.

• Collect refuse bags from Resident doorsteps and transport them to the onsite trash compactor
• Operate refuse compactors as needed
• Clean areas around compactors as needed
• Monitor and document areas of concern as needed
• Schedule is five nights per week
• Sunday through Thursday nights beginning at 8:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Valid auto insurance
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Clean drug screen
• Must have a reliable open-bed pickup truck or hauling trailer

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to walk the distance of the apartment home communities
• Ability to walk up and down stairs multiple times throughout the shift Part-Time position
