Job Description

Class A CDL Driver -

Job Expectations NOTE:

This is 30 to 40 hours per week (If you meet all of the requirements, text or call our recruiter at ‪(865) 214-7804‬) What You'll Be Expected to

Do:

Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and professionally while transporting interior trim products. Strapping and Curtainside Safely secure every load using proper strapping and load securement techniques. This is one of the most critical responsibilities of the position. Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment remains safe and compliant. Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures without exception. Maintain a strong commitment to driver safety, ethical decision-making, and accident prevention. Protect and care for company equipment, including late-model Freightliner trucks that are professionally maintained. Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management regarding delivery schedules and transportation issues. Complete pickups and deliveries on time while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Represent the company positively at customer locations and during all interactions on the road. Assist with securing and checking loads but no heavy lifting is required beyond throwing straps and ensuring proper load securement.

Schedule Expectations:

Times vary by day. Hauling frame parts to local home building sites.
