Hours:
8am-5pm; Monday through Friday The Transport Driver provides transportation to and from the facility for clients as scheduled. Often responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Supports leadership and employees through a variety of tasks related to transportation, running errands, pickup and delivery of supplies, and medication. Ensures proper and timely cleaning and mechanical maintenance of company vehicles and any records related to such. Ability to effectively communicate via phone, email and text ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Rely on experience and good judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity, latitude and integrity is expected. Always adhere to safe driving practices and all traffic laws. Set up and take down of seating for meetings. Safely transport clients to and from facility locations and appointments, ensuring punctual arrivals and departures. Pickup and delivery of facility supplies as assigned. Load and unload vehicles as needed. Transporting of clients to and from appointments locally and out-of-town as needed. Ensure routine maintenance is performed on all company vehicle(s) as needed. Maintain accurate records of all vehicle maintenance. Maintain company vehicle is in clean and uncluttered condition. Maintain fuel levels of all company vehicles consistently. Ensure routine maintenance is performed on IOP vehicle as needed. Assist with reconciliation of expense reports. Errands and other tasks as assigned. Provide general support to visitors. Maintain positive and professional attitude and demeanor with all clients, staff, visitors, and all persons encountered during errands or transport at all times. Maintain confidentiality of all client information.Competencies:
Ability to multi-task, delegate tasks, manage client care, maintain facility standards. Desire to assist those with chemical dependency in their recovery.Education:
Minimum High School Graduate or GED. Minimum High School Graduate or GED preferredExperience:
Previous professional driving experience preferred. Previous experience in a recovery or medical environment highly desirable.Computer Skills:
Computer Literacy in doc, spreadsheet, and email. Ability to learn proficiency in KIPU Systems Client Management Software.Certificates & Licenses:
Valid Transportation's (Drivers)License CPR/First AID Other Requirements:
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings. Must have a clean driving record.PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Work is performed 24 hours a day primarily in residential detox facility. This includes work in facility office as well as the grounds of the entire facility including upstairs resident rooms, clinical office, and laundry room that are accessed via staircase, and outdoor grounds. Behavioral Health Technicians/ Support routinely drive clients in company vehicles for intakes/discharges at other treatment facilities and transportation hubs, to doctor appointments, to outings and recovery meetings. Work is often performed in emergency and stressful situations. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate in other situations.BLOOD/FLUID/I NFECTION EXPOSURE RISK
Some job tasks involve exposure to blood, body fluids and/or tissue. Staff must wear gloves and follow infectious control procedures when interacting with clients in conditions in which exposure is possible such as handling onsite urinary analysis, conducting first aid, and conducting search of clients' belonging and person. Staff may be exposed to infectious disease, needles, and illicit substances during searches.Work Schedule:
As a non-exempt hourly employee, the employee shall work a designated schedule as assigned by management. Employee must also follow company's policies regarding required meals and breaks.Job Type:
