CDL Class A Team Driver (OTR / Regional)

OTR / Regional Routes Team Drivers Position Summary The CDL Class A Team Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant transportation of freight across regional and over-the-road routes between Arizona and Colorado. The successful candidate will work closely with a driving partner to ensure on-time deliveries while operating in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport freight between designated pickup and delivery locations. Plan and execute routes in accordance with DOT regulations and company procedures. Inspect, secure, and verify freight against Bills of Lading and shipment documentation. Maintain accurate electronic logs using the
MOTIVE ELD
system. Coordinate driving schedules with team partner while complying with Hours of Service regulations. Complete drop-and-hook trailer operations safely and efficiently. Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections. Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly. Manage fuel purchases and expenses using company-issued fuel cards. Maintain a clean and organized tractor and sleeper cab environment. Consistently achieve route and service performance expectations.
Qualifications Required:
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Current DOT Medical Certificate. Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Experience operating sleeper tractors and 53-foot trailers. Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Preferred:
Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience. Established CDL driving teams. Strong safety record and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb as required. Work in varying weather and operating conditions. Team lifting required for loads exceeding 50 pounds.
Pay Details:
