We are currently hiring dependable and safety-focused Van Drivers with a clean driving record to transport students to and from school and other approved destinations. No CDL is required for this position. We provide the training necessary to prepare qualified candidates to safely transport students and become part of our professional transportation team. Even better, this position offers room for growth! If and when you're ready to advance your career and obtain your Commercial Driver's License (CDL), we offer paid CDL training and the opportunity for a substantial pay increase once you become a qualified CDL School Bus Driver .

Position:

As a Desert Choice Van Driver, you will safely transport school-aged students along designated routes to and from school and other approved destinations. Our drivers are an important part of each student's day. We're looking for individuals who are dependable, patient, safety-conscious, and committed to providing students with a professional and positive transportation experience. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate a passenger van or other approved student transportation vehicle Pick up and drop off students at established stops and destinations Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Follow all applicable safety procedures and transportation regulations Attend and participate in required company and safety meetings including trainings Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment Provide courteous and professional service to students, families, schools, and clients Participate in field trips, activity trips, and charter assignments as available or requested What We're Looking For Whether you're an experienced van driver or considering a new career, we're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals who want to make a positive impact in their community by providing students with a safe and positive transportation experience.
