Job Description
The City of Glendale's Field Operations Department provides essential services that directly impact the community and provide support to other departments within the city. The Field Operations Department is made up of four separate divisions that include Solid Waste Management, Equipment Management, Facilities Management, and the Landfill. The Landfill Service Worker performs skilled and semi-skilled construction, maintenance, and repair work at the City's landfill.
This position is:
FLSA non-exempt, and will earn overtime for any hours worked over 40 in a week. A Grade 311 with with an hourly salary between $21.5625 - $32.3438 The City of Glendale offers a generous benefits package with competitive rates that become effective the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
