Job Description:
Responsibilities can include: This is a full time position with a full benefits package! The primary role is Class A driving, pulling a 53' reefer to safely make deliveries and return home with our equipment intact following DOT rules and regulations to maintain related compliance requirements and tracking. This position does NOT have a dedicated route, this is a
RELIEF DRIVER
that cover lanes as needed, local deliveries and other short haul lanes like relays or yard hostler and regional lanes that are home weekly. This position requires you to have flexibility with your schedule. A normal work week will be 4 - 6 days Home time every week for your reset or daily when doing for local or short haul loads. Job Requirements:
Must have a valid class A License Must have a valid DOT Medical Card Must have 5 years of experience No serious violations in the past 3 years, CLEAR
RECORD PREFERRED
(all minor violations require review and approval from the safety department). NO speeding violations of 15mph or over in the past 3 years NO improper or erratic lane change violations in the past 3 years NO following too closely in the past 3 years NO failure to yield to emergency vehicles in the past 3 years NO DOT reportable at fault accidents in the past 7 years (requires review and approval from the safety department).
Disqualifiers:
Reckless driving or similar DUI or DWI - or similar violation Fatal at fault accident Hit and run
Wage Range:
1200.00 - 1800.00 per week
General Description of Benefits:
