In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a dump truck. Duties Safely operate your truck, adhering to all safety regulations and traffic laws Load and unload materials efficiently using manual techniques or mechanical equipment, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Drive local routes to deliver goods or pick up materials, maintaining accurate delivery logs Assist with heavy lifting tasks requiring mechanical knowledge of truck systems and load securing methods Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of trucks to ensure optimal operation throughout shifts Experience Proven experience as a commercial driver with a focus on heavy-duty trucks such as dump trucks, tractor-trailers, or flatbeds Valid Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL) with clean driving record Strong mechanical knowledge of truck systems and basic troubleshooting skills Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and heavy lifting techniques Delivery driver experience preferred, especially in logistics or construction-related fields Ability to load & unload cargo safely using appropriate equipment and techniques Join us in delivering excellence through safe driving practices combined with mechanical expertise!
