Job Description
Naia has an opening for an ice cream distribution driver. Work day starts early mornings and work week includes weekends off. This position may be busy during seasonal/peak demand. Position will report to work at our Brisbane distribution center. Our routes take us to different parts of the South Bay daily. Your route will be to receive and deliver ice cream and ingredients at warehouses and grocery stores. This position does NOT require special license. The position requires ordering, loading, unloading, and counting from your truck. Must possess a valid CA driver's license with clean DMV (clean DMV means no speeding tickets, suspended license, etc). Must be able to lift/handle 50 lbs repetitively. Must have reliable transportation to/from work place. Must be reliable and able to work independently. Good written and oral communication. Must have the ability to read, write and speak English. Experience with pallet jack and warehouse equipment. Must be familiar with driving in the San Francisco Bay Area. Commercial driving experience a plus. Neat and professional appearance required. Paid breaks including meals. Must have ability to maintain store freezers and support sales / stock product. There are advancement opportunities within our company.
