This role starts part-time and grows as the territory builds. Every day is different—you'll be working with customers, pricing jobs, leading a helper, and helping drive revenue for your truck. Pay & Earning Potential $25/hour + tips Monthly Bonuses Performance-based bonuses tied to revenue, job quality, and customer experience Strong performers can earn $300-$750+ per month Commission 10% commission on jobs you personally source What You'll Do Drive a junk removal truck safely Provide onsite estimates and adjust pricing as needed Lead and work alongside a field technician Load and remove items efficiently Keep the truck clean and organized Leave every job site clean Ask customers for reviews What We Expect Be on time Be professional Communicate clearly with customers Work efficiently and safely Wear Kraken uniform on jobs Take ownership of your truck and results Requirements Clean driving record Comfortable driving a large truck Physically able to lift and work in a hands-on role Strong customer service skills Reliable and accountable Flexible schedule (hours vary based on demand) How This Role Works This is not just a driving job—you'll be responsible for: Pricing jobs Managing the day Helping drive revenue You'll have autonomy, but also accountability.
